Keep Our Normal Cholesterol Levels

According to the american heart association, normal cholesterol levels is below 150 mg / dl. From several sources that was obtained in getting the data that more than 50% of the population of us has high cholesterol. This condition is actually very risky to have a coronary heart attack. We need to lower cholesterol levels in the normal cholesterol levels range to prevent heart attacks and coronary blockage. Here are some tips that we can use to obtain normal cholesterol levels .

What we must do first is we must get blood testing for us to get our cholesterol levels at this time. If we have a doctor’s subscription is worth consult our blood examination results to the doctor, and asked for suggestions how to maintain our normal cholesterol levels .

The next tips is to change our diet. Most of us really like to eat red meat, poultry, grilled fish, and some foods that contain high cholesterol. It’s time we change our diet by eating more fruits and vegetables.

In addition we must add our activity patterns. To obtain normal values of cholesterol we should start getting used to add 15 minutes more of us every day activities, like biking or walking.

There are experts who claim, with green or black tea can lower our cholesterol to normal limits. But if we do not like to drink green tea, it helps if we multiply the drinking water. It can treat our blood flow smoothly.

After 6-8 weeks the pattern of change in our lives we must re-cholesterol levels checked. With repeated check our cholesterol levels. We can know whether we can decrease or maintain our normal cholesterol levels.
